This plan inherits the previous “Content Testing” plan, now updated to “Page Optimize”, is the basic plan focusing on single-page optimization.
Best for: Stores that want to improve specific landing pages, product pages, or collection pages with quick, focused experiments.

Free Trial Plan
The Trial Plan gives you full access to GemX features for a limited time, without requiring a paid subscription.
Key details:
- Duration: 14 days
- No credit card requirement
- No charges applied during trial period
Once the trial ends, GemX will automatically pause all active experiments and stop tracking data until you select a paid plan.
Usage Fee Calculation
For the Funnel Optimize Plan, the usage fee is calculated based on your store’s total monthly revenue (recorded directly from Shopify).
Once your total revenue hits a new tier threshold (e.g., $20K, $100K, etc.), GemX will start calculating the usage fee from that day onward until the end of the billing month.
The usage fee is prorated based on the number of days remaining in the month.
Example:

On the 12th, your store revenue is $19.9K → usage fee = $0.

On the 13th, your store revenue reaches $20K → usage fee = $100/month.

If there are 30 days in the month, GemX will charge a prorated fee for the remaining 18 days:
(100 ÷ 30) × 18 = $60.
The prorated usage fee will be automatically issued at the end of the month and included in the invoice for that billing cycle.

2. Does the trial include usage fees?
No. There are no usage fees and no revenue tracking until your trial ends.
3. What happens after the trial ends?
Once your 14-day trial expires:

You’ll be reverted to your previous paid plan (if applicable), or prompted to choose a new plan.
4. Can I downgrade from a paid plan to a trial plan?
No. It’s not possible to downgrade from any paid plan to a trial plan.
